Our website and email services are hosted using infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean. The website is hosted on a DigitalOcean droplet located in Europe. DigitalOcean may process personal data, including IP addresses, server logs, website files, databases, backups, email data and other technical information, where this is necessary to provide hosting, infrastructure, storage, email, security, backup or related technical services.
Website management and technical support are provided by Riverslaney Technology Services, an Irish company. Riverslaney Technology Services may process personal data where necessary to manage, maintain, update, troubleshoot, secure or support the website, server, analytics installation and associated email services.
Our processors may only process personal data for the purpose of providing services to us and must not use it for their own unrelated purposes.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, court order, law enforcement request, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, systems, website, community or the security of our services.
Processors
The following processors may process personal data on our behalf:
DigitalOcean: provides hosting and infrastructure services for the website and associated email services. The website is hosted on a DigitalOcean droplet located in Europe. DigitalOcean may process personal data such as IP addresses, server logs, website files, databases, backups, email data and related technical information where necessary to provide hosting, infrastructure, storage, email, security, backup and related technical services.
Riverslaney Technology Services: provides website management and technical support services. Riverslaney Technology Services may process personal data where necessary to manage, maintain, update, troubleshoot, secure or support the website, server, analytics installation and associated email services.
International transfers
The website, email services and Matomo analytics are hosted using a DigitalOcean droplet located in Europe.
Riverslaney Technology Services is based in Ireland.
We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area in connection with the ordinary operation of this website, email services or Matomo analytics.
Some service providers, including infrastructure, security, backup or technical support providers, may in limited circumstances process personal data from outside the European Economic Area, for example where remote technical support is provided or where service administration is carried out from another location.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism where required by GDPR. This may include an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard or derogation under GDPR.
Data retention
